Non-defective reverse logistics costs are borne by Impulse.

💳 Payments & Refunds
We accept all major cards, UPI, and wallets.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your payment failed but money was deducted, please contact us with the transaction ID.

Trouble logging in with OTP? Make sure you’re using your registered phone number.
If the app crashes, update to the latest version from the App Store.
